Red & Tulips.

This is an ideal outfit for me. I love the combination of the red and brown accessories. And that hat! I wonder if that hat would look as good on anyone else. The best part is that she is selling this dress at her etsy shop for $24! Someone really needs to scoop that baby up; I don't think there'd be any better way to ring in summer. (And those shoes are Cynthia Vincent from Target, the same designer as the wowzers I posted earlier.)
