I bought the Sorel Tofino (the bottom image, I think, but mine are black) just before Christmas. I loved them the one time I've had to wear them this winter.
I'd go with the first pair. I love the rich color.

How bad is it that we're actually asking for winter?! We know it's coming so bring it on already. Although today is lovely, right?! I say #1 all the way! Just got these for my sis before the holidays. Can't wait to see which you choose!
